Opti-Trak is a web portal that gives our clients access to advanced support resources. In addition to sophisticated and convenient Web-based support, we also think it’s important to provide live, certified representatives at all levels and all phases of the client experience –
something very few solution providers do.
Optivor’s Opti-Trak software has enhanced with a recent release of software: Opti-Trak 3.0, a state-of-the-art customer support resource.

We believe that technology should be leveraged to optimize enterprise operations and that proper training plays a key role in embracing technology. That’s why we have a training program for every solution we represent. Optivor’s goal is to make sure our customers are self-sufficient and know how to seamlessly work with their new solution. Our Facilities

Optivor has state-of-the-art technical support facilities in Maryland, USA. We offer our laboratory as a resource to our clients. Customers can learn and attempt technical procedures in a “non-production” environment, mitigating risk to production-oriented solutions. This is just one value-added service that Optivor offers to our clients. Optivor’s lab has been acknowledged as one of the best Enterprise IT laboratories in the country.

Optivor’s Network Operations Center (NOC) supports remote monitoring and management for PBX, Voice Mail, and other IT solutions (where applicable).

 
The NOC supports a 7x24x365, fully redundant support organization that currently provides remote monitoring/management services. The entire facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and multiple backup power sources.
 
Optivor also maintains inventories for our clients. We house world-class products, and we have access to additional inventories through our global supply-chain. Our clients have global access to the finest service and support anywhere.
